HOW TO PREVENT IT

 1, Wash your hands: wash your hands often using running water and soap

2, Scrub your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds. Time yourself by singing the Alphabet "ABCD" song from beginning to the end.

3, Air dry your hands or use a tissue, 1throw the tissue in a bin after use.

4, If soap is not available, you can rub your hands with alcohol based hand sanitizer.

KEEP SOCIAL DISTANCING*

To stop Corona virus from spreading, you should avoid shaking hands, hugging, kissing or giving high fives when greet . Instead, you should great people with a wave or a nod.

= Avoid crowded areas and keep 1-2 meters away from people in public.

= Avoid the use of public transport where possible, instead, walk or cycle to limit social contact.

= Avoid close contact with anyone who has cold or flu- like symptoms.

FOLLOW GENERAL ADVICE*

Cough or sneeze into your flexed elbow (not your hands) or use a tissue. Throw the tissue in a bin and wash your hands.

Avoid touching your eyes, ears and nose.

Avoid sharing utensils, cups or towel.

Stay home if you have flu-like symptoms and call the health team for treatment.
