This was after she addressed the nation, Madam WINA clearly said that she will not be Edgar lungus running mate in this coming general election in August 2021. And his excellence president Edgar lungu wished her well. President Edgar Lungu has adopted former Munali Member of Parliament Nkandu Luo as his running mate in the August 12th general elections.

I wish to say thanks to Your Honor the Vice-President, Mrs Inonge Mutukwa Wina, for your insight and direction since I selected you as Vice-President of our Republic in 2015.

Your guidance to the Patriotic Front and Government, as Vice-President, has been massive. You have been a bedrock to depend on, and as you leave office in August after the decisions, what stays for me is to thank you for your administrations to this country since we began our excursion together.

You are a pride of all womenfolk and young ladies in our nation being the main female Vice-President of this extraordinary country.

We will keep looking for your recommendation and direction even after you leave office.

Businessman shoots guard who stopped him from urinating on a building

A Luanshya businessman has shot an Armsafety security guard who attempted to stop him from urinating at the Workers Compensation House in Luanshya.
